Cipiacecosi — Italian for "we like it like this" — is our proudest creation. A masterful balance of high-altitude Central American Arabica and Indonesian Robusta, roasted to bring out the very best of both worlds.

The blend

Arabica from Central America, grown at high altitude for fragrance and low acidity. Robusta from Indonesia for body, depth, and that unmistakable crema. Expertly blended and roasted in Italy.
