United Kingdom (UK): We deliver to all regions of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
European Union (EU): We deliver to all EU member countries.
2. Delivery Times
UK: 2–5 business days, depending on the region.
EU: 5–10 business days, depending on the country and logistics availability.
Delivery times begin counting after payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the order.
We offer free shipping during specific promotions or on orders exceeding certain amounts, where applicable.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed by 2:00 PM (UK time) are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking
All orders receive a tracking number once dispatched.
